Exchange Policy

Zyraaf is pleased to offer a 7-day exchange policy for items in their original, unused, unworn, and unwashed condition, with all original tags, labels, and packaging intact. We aim to ensure that your experience with us is as seamless as possible.

To be eligible for an exchange:

  • The item must be in unused, unworn, unwashed condition with all original tags and packaging intact.
  • The item must not have been altered or damaged in any way.
  • Accessories are non refundable, it can only- be exchanged once if any manufacturing defect was found.

Steps to initiate an exchange:

  1. Contact our customer support team at [support@zyraaf.com] within 7 days of receiving your order.
  2. Provide your order number, product details, and the item you wish to exchange.
  3. Once approved, you will receive exchange instructions and a prepaid shipping label.

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested item is out of stock, we will offer a store credit or a full refund. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for exchanges, unless the item is defective or was incorrectly shipped.

Important Notes:

  • Items purchased during sales or promotional events may be subject to different return or exchange terms.
  • For hygiene reasons, underwear, swimwear, and sale items may not be eligible for return or exchange.
