We currently offer shipping within India and internationally. Please note that international shipping charges may vary based on the destination country.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 2-3 business days after receiving payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges depend on the location and size of your order. You can view the shipping charges during checkout before confirming your purchase. We offer free shipping on all domestic orders over ₹1499.
Delivery Time
- Domestic Orders: Delivery typically takes 5-7 business days.
- International Orders: Delivery can take 10-14 business days, depending on the destination.
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track the status of your shipment on the courier company’s website.
Customs and Duties (International Orders)
For international orders, customs fees and import duties may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping cost.
Lost or Damaged Items
Zyraaf is not responsible for any lost or damaged items once the package has been handed over to the courier service. However, we will assist you in filing a claim with the courier company.
Change of Shipping Address
If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. Once the order has been shipped, we cannot change the shipping address.
